At International Telco Solutions, after a brief stint in sales and operations, the manufacturing of industrial batteries was placed in my hands. With an annual sale of more than ten thousand units a year, the industrial batteries manufactured were deployed for use in backup systems of all kinds. The operation consisted of roughly 65 staff. Learned plenty about teamwork in this environment.
